There is no one-size-fits-all approach to estate planning. Every family is different, every business owner is different, everyone's tolerance for risk is different. But everyone has assets. Assets can be not only financial, but also mental, emotional and spiritual. Everyone has something they want to pass on to their loved ones. Everyone has a purpose - to make a mark in this world and be remembered.
When I work with you, it's my job to help you preserve your assets for your loved ones. It's my job to help you make a mark in the world. And I love my job. I spend the time to get to know you and help you figure out what matters the most. If you own a business, we talk about what happens to it if you were to die suddenly. Then, together, we craft a plan to achieve your goals - in a way that keeps your loved ones or business partners out of court and conflict, and preserves everything you've worked so hard to achieve.
I also help you navigate the legal process after a loved one has passed. You are grieving. The last thing you feel like doing is spending hours upon hours trying to figure out what the legal system requires to be done. Let me help you and alleviate that burden.
Finally, I want you to have a "wow" experience when you work with me. Some attorneys have a bad rap for a reason; they don't communicate with their clients, they don't listen to their concerns, and they are more concerned with racking up accolades from colleagues rather than serving their clients. That is NOT what you'll experience when you work with me. I tune into your needs, listen to you, and care. I want to establish not only a working relationship with you, but a lifelong relationship. I want to be the trusted advisor you turn to time and time again.
What can I do today to serve you, your family, or your business?
