From the moment I first met with him, he was able to bring a sense of calm to a very stressful situation answering all of my questions, which at... the time there were quite a lot. He demonstrated he was and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the ins and outs of the tax code and the IRS. He worked tirelessly and diligently with the case officer to get a settlement that went a long way toward making the situation better for my family and me. Jeff kept us informed during the entire process. If I had questions, I found Jeff to be accessible by phone or email, even on weekends and holidays. I doubt I would have had the same kind of service had I been working with some of the other firms that sometimes you see on TV. While I'm still dealing with the IRS it's NOT due to Jeff, but rather to a very difficult case in which things are looking better by the day.
