Jim Yeargan is a very professional, kind man who did a great job with my case. He was at one time a prosecutor, so he rally knows his stuff on both ends. I have had a few attorneys for other things in my life, and he is the only one I've been impressed with. I also like that he charges a flat fee,... versus charging you by the minute like a lot of attorneys do.
