I was arrested for DUI and leaving the scene under very unusual circumstances. I was charged with 5 violations, totaled my SUV and nearly killed myself. After relating the story, Richard’s words were “well, the worst is over”. As time went on, that turned out to be true. He postponed my cas...e for my personal convenience, and was able to get all except the DUI charge (including “Leaving the Scene”) dropped. Furthermore, he had jail time reduced to time served was also able to get Non-reporting (no monthly visits or fees) probation for a year; both a real blessing. He also got the 120 day license permit from DDS. His advice to take care of all requirements before the court date was extremely wise on his part. He was always available on the phone, and was able to accommodate my requests and answered my questions even though I reworded the same question a few different times in different ways. I think that I sometimes tried his patience but he never showed it. He knows the system and will do his best for you. He did for me!
