I was arrested for a Dui, blew a .19 after being taken back to the station, and had been quite belligerent with the Georgia Nighthawk DUI task force officer. Unfortunately, I got myself in what I call big trouble. Four tickets, a DUI being one of them, I actually deserved this DUI after an evening out with the girls when someone started us on shots of tequila. I was quite intoxicated, to the point it did not register that I should drive. An accident ens...ued. If you read the mandatory guidelines for sentencing, I was facing big trouble and jail time. Richard was able to get three of the four tickets dismissed, and I was sentenced to the minimum requirements. His relationships to the judge, the arresting officer and knowledge of the law is extremely helpful in dealing with the courts. He communicates thoroughly and responds promptly. I would recommend him to anyone who is charge with a DUI offense.

I would definitely refer Mr. Lawson to anyone that is seeking counsel for a DUI. Unfortunately, I got a DUI and a child endangerment charge. I thought for certain that I would have received jail time, lost my license, or both. Mr. Lawson got me a far greater deal than I had ever expected. The child e...ndangerment was reduced to reckless driving, and my license has been restricted for only four months. After which, it will be completely reinstated.
