When we went to court Mr. Lawson was able to get a notoriously strict Assistant District Attorney (ADA) to agree to reduce my DUI to Reckless Driving. Unfortunately, that was not my only charge. I was also charged with Evading / Attempting to Flee, Speeding, Open Container, and Failure to Maintain Lane. Mr. Lawson got the ADA to agree to reduce the Fleeing to Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle, so my two big charges were reduced. He also got the Failure to Maintain Lane dropped. In the end with the two big charges reduced, I kept my License, and he kept me out of Jail. Best possible outcome for sure. I would highly recommend Mr. Lawson.
