I believe Mr. Lawson obtained the best possible outcome for me but I was still sentenced to 20 days in jail. After eleven days I was told that I had no release date. I was initially charged with Boating Under the Influence, Endangering a Child While Operating a Boat While Under the Influence and Failure to Display Registration Numbers on Boat. The result of my case was excellent in that I was charged with a reduction to Reckless Boating and Improper Tag. No jail ...time. Probation was terminated early.
