I was very happy with how Richard handled my case. He was able to prevent me from doing any additional jail time (other than the few hours when I was initially booked) even though this was my second dui within five years and even though I had two other dui related arrests also within the previous fiv...e years. It is my understanding that it is very rare to avoid jail time for a second DUI, especially for someone in my situation. Richard was also able to help keep me driving throughout the period my case was pending and was able to delay my case three times at my request.
