Fisrt off, my situation - arrested for DUI (.29!!) and possesion of a small amount of marijuana, failure to maintain lane etc. I did an internet search first thing once I was released from my initial pickup. The initial call was courteous and enlightening with the team getting on the immediate concerns of preserving my license. I can't stress enough how professional/prepared he came across compared to many others in the court room. During my specific motion call, Mr Lawson could tell I was getting very anxious (I have acute social anxiety at times of high stress) and helped me be reassuring me and generally went out of his way to make sure I knew it was going to be ok, things were going well etc (this one to me hits home - he didn't have to do this, he cared enough to add that extra bit!). End of the day I essentially got the best case scenario for my offenses with no additional jail time other than my initial pick up and with no loss of driving ability. This certainly exceeded my expectations in the matter and I'd heartily recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

I would recommend Richard in a heartbeat to anybody facing a DUI charge. After receiving my DUI in Roswell this January with an extremely BAC and some prior alcohol-related arrests, I was extremely scared what I was facing.
