Richard Lawson and his staff are an extremely competent and professional team. I had received my second DUI in 8 years, which representing myself, would result in loss of my license, jail time, and very high fines. I also received multiple other tickets at the incident which would have compounded m...y judgement. Mr. Lawson was able to negate the tickets, and make this incident a first DUI offense, which allowed me to keep my license and spend NO time in jail. Also, it reduced my fine and he negotiated my community service hours to a monetary payment. This greatly helps me continue working with minimal interruptions. There are no words to describe the representation I received from Mr Lawson and his law clerk, Sarah. Every step of the way I was informed and advised of the necessary steps I should take prior to court. I was charged with DUI, DUI/Child Endangerment and striking an unattended vehicle. This would hav...e been my 3rd lifetime DUI.
