I was arrested for DUI and leaving the scene under very unusual circumstances. I was charged with 5 violations, totaled my SUV and nearly killed myself. After relating the story, Richard’s words were “well, the worst is over”. As time went on, that turned out to be true. He postponed my cas...e for my personal convenience, and was able to get all except the DUI charge (including “Leaving the Scene”) dropped. Furthermore, he had jail time reduced to time served was also able to get Non-reporting (no monthly visits or fees) probation for a year; both a real blessing.
