I am from out of town, but work in Atlanta often. I received a DUI charge late at night, my second(First reduced to wreckless driving many years ago). I refused to do the breathalizer test but for some reason, agreed to the field test and did not do well. I was charged with a DUI. The next day ...I was reviewing attorneys and came across Richard. His reviews were outstanding and he had claimed to have gotten people a reduction with a second DUI charge. I got in touch with Richard and he was immediately available. We put a plan together and he worked thru all the barriers. He was very honest with me every step of the way, which was not always good. He tells it like it he sees it.
