If you are in need of an extremely knowledgable, experienced, and tenacious WC attorney, Morgan is your lady! If your top priority is to have your attorney's undivided attention 24/7 and immediate responses to every question... you may have unrealistic expectations of how "qualified" lawyers operate.... It took me awhile to adjust my mindset of what was really important with my case (immediate responses... or... my attorney never missing even the tiniest detail re: my case, EVER!). Simply put, Morgan is a pitbull! She took my "non-catastrophic" WC case when a half dozen of her peers would not (because it wasn't a multi-million dollar case for them). She protected my interests, caught each and every mistake made by the insurance company (resulting in their paying multiple penalties), and was a true asset to have in my corner. My 2-year old case was finally settled back in August. I strongly believe that had I not hired Morgan, both my employer and the insurance company would have continued to fail to follow the letter of the law... and I would have suffered as a result.

Morgan did absolutely nothing for my workers comp case. She sat on the case for several months and did nothing, then she dropped my case after 8 mos. and put a lien on any monetary settlements that I may get in the future, when trying to call her about her liens she hangs up the phone on me and neve...r answers my questions... Extremely unprofessional, stay away from this attorney!!!
