Joel Williams

also known as A. Joel Williams Jr.

About me

I started my firm to help individuals facing serious personal injuries or death due to the fault of someone else and I only take cases where I believe the injured person is entitled to compensation. I have successfully tried cases in metro Atlanta as well as numerous smaller counties in north, south, east, and west Georgia. In every case, I adhere to the following principles:

Seek justice. Encourage the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow. (Isaiah 1:17) If you are seeking a lawyer that truly cares about you and the problems you face, look no further. When you choose this firm, you are not just a client. You are a real person with real problems. You deserve a lawyer who will fight for justice, offer encouragement, and stand by you through all the tribulations you may face. I will stand up for your rights and dedicate whatever resources are necessary to make sure you are treated fairly and that justice is done.

Prepare every case for trial. If your lawyer isn’t ready to go to trial, you are in trouble. Without the right trial attorney, you may have to take whatever the insurance company offers. This happens far too often with attorneys you see on television and billboards. There is no way a lawyer can handle thousands of cases and maximize the value of those cases for his or her clients. I limit the number of cases I take so that I can devote the time, energy, and resources necessary to prepare every case for trial.
