My attorney got me Really good settlement for my case
Anonymous review posted on
I was referred the The Roth Firm by a 2- friends of mine that don't even know each other. They both raved what a great job their attorney did for them. I have had bad luck in the past with other attorney, so I was wildly surprised at the level of attention and concern I received when I called about this accident. I spoke to Mr. Roth who was extremely caring and was compassionate. He promised superior service, and I have to say he wasn't lying. My attorney was Allen McDuffie who was also great, very caring and concerned for my overall well being after the accident. The staff was very caring, helpful, and extremely friendly. Tamara my case manager walked me step by step through the process. Everyone I spoke with was willing to help, and seemed to have a wealth of information. I would definitely use them again. I have already recommended some friends that have been in accidents because I believe in their service.

If I could give this law firm 0 stars then I would. I don't feel as though I matter to this firm. I constantly have to call to get updates on my case and can never speak with the person handling the case - always leave voicemails that goes unanswered. I felt as though I am doing the jobs of the paralegals that is getting paid out of my proceeds. If I would have known that I would have had such a bad experience I would have handled the case on my own being as though I'm a trained paralegal and worked for an insurance company.

I found this law firm online and thought I would go with it because of the positive reviews. I am sadly disappointed and feel as though the service was not at the "Superior Service" level that I had in mind. I was involved in a traffic accident last year and the only time I saw a representative from the law firm was when I signed paperwork for them to represent me. When I completed my treatment (5 months later) and my file was sent over I did not hear from the law firm.I feel that someone should have at least called when my treatment was over to see how I was . I did call but was given a voicemail and did not get a return call. When I called back I had was told that they were still waiting on a particular bill from a hospital. That's fine but my concern has been the lack of follow up and communication. I have never been notified on the status/ phase of my case through phone call or letter. I understand that all cases may work different as far as total duration of case but there should be a general timeline to help the client understand where they are in the process . Someone from the firm should do follow up calls as a courtesy to the client. If a case is longer than a year they should mail out letters through out that time line to help you feel more and ease and more confident with having them as your attorney. At this point I don't know if I am happy with the representation for this reason. Who is to say that they are really working diligently on my case?

The person I spoke to initially before signing up was very polite and attentive. I didn't realize that he wasn't a lawyer though so I didn't like that once I found out. But I did like that I had his direct line and we were able to speak after normal business hours. I spoke to my lawyer once in the whole 6 weeks so far. But he was very polite and attentive. He seemed to care and he fid something for me that went beyond his job description. But the personnel/administration/secretaries, whoever they are, are very rude, cold, short, inattentive, poor customer service, condescending, etc. They should be replaced. All of them need some character adjustments. Maybe they would have more "respect" if my leg was broken. With the negativity that they throw out, I still have faith that my case will go well. Michael is very bright, articulate, knowledgeable and compassionate. I will update you all after the case is over.

I actually have the legal side of life a chance for once and I get crapped on!, your law firm dropped me because the officer claimed no one at fault but instead of doing what lawyers do and obtain the camera he footie from the traffic light that will likely show I was rear ended thirty feet or more from which I mergered. I figured lawyers cared deeply about their practice, but yAll just have right up!. Good job for being unreliable. -Brandon M

There are over 1500 Personal Injury Attorneys in Metro Atlanta. Without any doubt, Attorney Jim Roth and his team is at the top of this list.
Our company provides medical and chiropractic treatment for accident injury victims. We have 46 injury centers in our network. Often patients who have been injured in an accident (auto, slip & falls and work injuries) have not retained legal services. It is an honor for us to recommend the services of The Roth Firm. Of the many patients we have referred to The Roth Firm, we have not received 'one' single complaint...not even close to any dissatisfaction. Even when our doctors asked which attorneys they will be working with (as far as providing treatment documentation to help the patients' cases), every time we say The Roth Firm, nothing but positive comments are expressed.
For those who are involved in an accident, now is not the time to make a mistake. Attorney Roth's prior experiences as a trial attorney with two large insurance companies, will be extremely beneficial to your case. He knows exactly how to get thru the insurance companies 'red tape' and ensure you get the maximum settlement amount possible. Congratulations to The Roth Firm...a personal injury law firm that has my highest recommendation!

Jim Roth is one in a million--literally; he handled my claim after I was rear-ended. It took a while, because I continued to get medical care for up to a 1-3/4s year after filing, due to the physical damage from the accident. He fulfilled all his promises, worked hard on my case and I received extra compensation, more than I expected due to his superior knowledge of the law. Jim knows his stuff. As a layperson its hard to understand these types of legal matters, but from my experience working with him, I have implicit trust in him and what he can do (which is saying a lot). He's smart, driven, honorable, positive, knows what he is doing and a true ally with the law. He also has a unique ability of empathizing with his clients, (which is unusual for an attorney) to take the stress out of the process, because you know he's in control, he has a plan and that all will be o.k.
In addition to the settlement, there was another legal matter that came up, and even though he didn't have to, he helped me to settle it with a great outcome. It was much more complicated than I could have imagined, but he handled it with ease, his skills and his experience practicing law, as he promised he would! The matter took a while--but he didn't give up. I consider him a man of Honor, Strategy and his Word and you can rely on him to always tell you the truth. His word means a lot to him, and it means a lot to me to find someone who does what they say they will do.
Even if a matter is not in his practice area, I would seek his advice and/or referrals, that is how much I trust him. If you think an accident you've had doesn't seem like a big deal, it would be smart to at least get a consult with him.
The settlement I received is paying for my ongoing medical needs from the accident, which is a Godsend. Thank you again Jim, you really do Rock!

My wife and I chose The Roth Firm to represent us after I was hit by a tractor-trailer. Jim and particularly his associate, Michael Melonakos, did a fantastic job representing us. Ours was a complex, lengthy case against a very difficult insurance company yet we ended up getting a settlement that was light years beyond what they had offered. The entire time they represented us, the firm kept us well-informed of the case's status, were well prepared, and on top of things. We always felt that we were valued clients and were treated with the utmost respect and compassion. We highly recommend The Roth Firm and could not have been more pleased with Jim and Michael.
