HIGH RECOMMEND Darren

Highly recommend Darren M.Tobin with Butler Tobin LLC. Very friendly and personable! I had an incredible experience with my case and never doubted that he had my best interest in mind. I will be holding onto his number for a while now as he is the man you want to have on your side.

Great advice--even though my case wasn't "big"!

I initiated an online chat with Mr. Tobin's office, which resulted in me accepting an invitation for Mr. Tobin to call me to discuss my case. Even though my case was small and not a lucrative opportunity for a personal injury attorney, he spent about 15 minutes with me on the phone, getting details ...about my case, answering my questions, and giving me very helpful advice. My biggest concern in my case was that I didn't know what I didn't know...and Mr. Tobin helped me understand what I needed to move forward with closing my insurance claim. If I ever find a need for a personal injury attorney (for myself or friends), I will be happy to point them to Mr. Tobin.

Great practice that delivered results!

Butler Tobin was great to work with and after leaving another practice helped restore my faith in PI attorneys. They were informed, helpful and deliver results in no time at all. After suffering a hit and run, I didn't want to deal with much more nonsense from a lawyer - they were straightforward- I ...always spoke with an attorney and not a paralegal. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Darren Tobin is the best lawyer!

Darren Tobin is the best lawyer! If you want results, he is the man to get the job done. I was involved in a DUI motor vehicle accident in November 2013. I was a bit skeptical about getting a lawyer. After a week of research and explaining in details how the accident occurred, I was drained and of ...course I was convinced that the reviews I was reading may have been done by workers or friends but after a formal meeting with Darren, I was sure that he was the guy for the job. From the very beginning, Darren has explained every part of the process and answered every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable and secure. He will communicate with you directly every time you contact him. He explained the way things worked in details (insurance and in court) and provided many estimates with scenarios of how the case may go and what the plans were moving forward if the case went in either direction. The result that we finally earned was about 20 times more than what Geico Insurance company was offering! If you are still skeptical about choosing Darren as your lawyer, do the research for yourself. I will send anyone who needs an honest, hard-working and friendly lawyer to Darren and his team at Butler Tobin. Thanks again Darren!!

great lawyers

Darren Tobin was my first choice and by far the best choice! I was a victim in a car accident and went with Darren at the advice of my girlfriend’s dad. He met with me in person over coffee and gave me his cell phone number the minute we met. We texted frequently and emailed often. Darren Tobin mad...e me feel like I was his #1 client. He was available, and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had never been a client of a lawyer before, but this was a great first experience. Darren listened to my concerns, and sincerely did what I wanted. He is friendly and personable. He also knows the law and tracked down a witness that even the police didn’t know about! So he (1) listened to me; (2) tracked down a witness that even the police couldn’t find; (3) beat the insurance company’s offers; (4) won the case on the legal merits; (5) and did it all with a smile on his face.
