Very caring, helpful attorney!

Our son was injured in a serious car accident and we found Darren Tobin by searching local attorneys. We called and left a message of his injury with his assistant and Darren called us back within a short time. He took time to talk to us while he was on vacation with his family and gave us informa...tion we needed even before we hired him. He treated all of us like a member of his family and helped us through the process. We appreciated that he communicated with us directly, not through an assistant. He kept us updated throughout the process and we were pleased with the settlement he was able to get for us. We would highly recommend Butler and Tobin to anyone who needs a good, helpful, caring attorney.

More Than A Attorney!!

Darren was far more than a attorney with regard to my husband, Mikes car accident. He became a friend, someone we could count on and more importantly Trust! My husband was hurt, needing surgery, it was very stressful to say the least. Darren continually called me first. Never once did I have to try &... get a hold of him or deal with office staff. He was on the phone to me asking, what we needed, took time away from his family after hours to just talk & comfort me. To say that he went above & beyond for my family is a understatement. A lawyer that cares

I have been a police officer for almost a decade, and have came in contact with lawyers in one way or another. In 2015 I had a bad accident and was in need of an attorney. I was blessed to have come in contact with Darren Tobin of Butler and Tobin law firm. Unlike most lawyers Darren called me period...ically just to check on my health and well being. Even when the case was in a "stand still" he still made sure I was doing okay. Darren far exceeded my expectations as an attorney and got me a lot of money for my pain and suffering. Even though he is use to taking on high profile cases he spent countless hours helping me. It honestly felt as if I were his only client. I more then happy with the result in my case but happier I gained a friend in Darren. I have and will continue to recommend his law firm to anyone who has been in an accident.

Very pleased

This was my first (and hopefully only) experience hiring a lawyer, and I felt that I had really lucked out. Personal Injury Claim

I had the pleasure of working with Darren Tobin after I suffered a vicious dog attack that left both physical and emotional scars. I could be specific about my suffering and monetary outlay; however, the most important purpose of this review is to highlight Darren as an attorney. His ability to ex...tract facts surrounding the event, dive into the dog owner's past with regards to previous incidents and discover what would be a humane and just reward given my extensive injuries was amazing. Darren clearly understands human emotion, potential financial impact and how each of these must factor into the mediation. I believe with, certainty, that Darren took into consideration the dog owner's remorse, his family and financial situation and was able to arrive at an agreeable settlement for both myself and the dog owner. He displayed the highest level of grace, compassion and empathy for both parties.
