HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

From day one I noticed that Mr. Tobin (who I now call Darren) has a very caring and dedicated attitude. At first I hadn't decided if I wanted to pursue an attorney or not, yet Darren never pushed me. He simply provided me with very useful advice. I'm so glad I sought legal help and I'm even more g...rateful I chose Darren to represent me. If you choose any other attorney you are shortchanging yourself - literally! It took over a year to resolve my case and Darren stayed in constant contact with me. Most attorneys have their legal assistants do most of the follow up. This isn't how Darren works. He remains very involved. I felt like family - not just another case. He always listened with intent and patiently answered all of my questions. His intentions were to prepare for court as he would never have settled for anything less than what he felt my case deserved. His guidance, his perseverance, and his wisdom - top in his field. Thank you so much!

Positive experience

Darren was extremely helpful. I may not need his services but he still helped me understand my rights and the insurance companies obligations. If I do end up needing representation Darren will definitely be my guy

Excellant Attorney!!

I most Definitely would highly recommend Attorney Darren Tobin! When I was seriously injured and overwhelmed in a multi-vehicle accident Darren was there for me every step of the way! He was very compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and articulate dealing with all the complicated aspects of m...y case. He encouraged me to "Focus" on Physical Therapy, Dr. appts and getting better while he did all the "leg work" and dealt with the at-fault parties, Court preparation, medical bills and general legal stuff! He's very dedicated to getting Justice for his Clients. Also he explained everything in detail and was always very accessible and updated me regularly on the status of my case. It was such a Relief to know that Darren and his staff were working so HARD for me! I was very Pleased with the compensation I received to settle out of Court! Highly Recommend!!

Mr. Tobin is the best lawyer, in my opinion! English is not my first language, and somethings were hard for me to understand at first. Mr. Tobin took his time, and carefully explained everything until I understood. When I had questions, either by phone or email, I got a very quick response back. ...Not only did I receive the most understanding consultation, he also got me a win, and a wonderful settlement for my case! I know who I will recommend to my friends and family, from now on!

Highly Recommend !

I was referred to Darren by a close friend of mine. My mom was in a car accident and we were trying to seek guidance on how to file claims, work with insurance companies, and someone we could trust to guide us through the process. Darren never even knew me, but he still took my call when I contacte...d his office. I asked him many questions and he answered every one of them in a clear and simple way. From just a short time working with Darren, he is someone I immediately felt comfortable with. Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with me and your continued support. It's nice to know that I have found a lawyer that has my best interest in mind.
