Highly Recommended - Knowledgeable, Experienced, and Excellent Negotiator

Darren Tobin and his firm were highly recommended to me by several attorneys at my law firm in Midtown. When I called Darren to discuss my case, he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me going over the details and pointing out the strengths and weaknesses as he saw them. As an attorney mysel...f, I recognized the difficulties with my case and knew it would be an uphill battle. I appreciated Darren's candidness and sincerity with me. From that first phone conversation, I trusted him entirely. He started work immediately on my case, checked in with me frequently to provide updates, did an excellent job negotiating with opposing counsel and reading between the lines, and exceeded all my expectations regarding the outcome. He took a difficult case, put in more work than we both expected was necessary, responded to any question or concern I had promptly, was friendly and easy to talk to, and made me feel like I was his only client and his biggest priority although I know he is very busy. EXCEPTIONAL attorney and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was involved in a horrendous car accident that left me feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, and unaware of how to proceed with receiving fair compensation. Truck Accident

Attorney Darren Tobin represented me in my truck accident case. He was referred to me by one of my friends who knows him - best referral I received. I met with a few attorneys but from the moment I met Mr. Tobin I knew I wanted him as my lawyer. He is intelligent, a very good listener, patient, and v...ery honest and easy to converse with. He personally called me every week to let me know what was going on with my case and made it clear I could call him anytime I wanted. He even gave me his cell number! Above all, he litigated very aggressively. When we got up and walked out of mediation because the truck's insurance company failed to pay a fair settlement, I knew he was going to fight for me at trial.
