Excellent Attorney

My wife had a car accident last year. she was hospitalized for one week, as one of her arms was broken. My wife and I feel very fortunate that attorney Darren Tobin with the Tobin Injury Law was willing to fight the case for us. During the whole injury claim process, we just provided some info to the... best of our knowledge. Other than that, We didn't have to worry about anything, Darren is very friendly, intelligent, dedicated , and professional, Darren tried to do his best to fight the case. I feel so fortunate to have had Darren Tobin as my attorney. I was in a bad car accident and it was such a relief to be able to rely on him as I dealt with the physical stresses of my slow recovery. Call Darren

Darren fought for me. When I thought I wasn’t going to get much after my accident he found ways to get me paid and taken care of. While recovering from two foot surgeries I didn’t have to worry about a thing, I knew I was in good hands.

Superb Litigation

Torbin and Butler are a cut above the rest. They are hard working, personable, and go the extra mile. Earlier this year I was involved in an unbelievably bad car accident that left me severely injured, unable to work, and uncertain of what to do. Torbin and Butler represented me and did so without... reservation. They were the third law firm that I approached, the other two told me in no uncertain terms that I did not have a case. They, however, took my case and fought indefatigably for me. They settled my case in much less time than I anticipated as well. The team was professional yet friendly making me feel welcome and exuding a sense of competency that was very reassuring. When all was said and done they fought so hard that they settled for a larger amount than what we originally theorized was feasible.
