I am pleased to provide an unqualified enthusiastic evaluation of Richard Schlueter, who represented me in a successful wrongful death claim against three large corporations, each of whom had a legal team.
Mr. Schlueter's technical knowledge was impressive and overpowering to opposing counsel. His arguments, deposition by an impeccable expert witness, logic, persistence, preparation, use of charts and a Powerpoint presentation complemented his instant recall of every detail of a complicated proceeding. In mediation, the issue of liability was quickly conceded.
Mr. Schlueter is a measured, wise, and perceptive adversary in mediation, which, as mentioned, quickly distilled to a matter of damages. Without belaboring the details, the final settlement was 600-times the amount the companies initially offered as a condition of avoiding litigation.
By nature, I am not litigious. Indeed, in my seventh decade, I have been involved in only this one suit in which financial compensation was sought. From the outset, I would have personally been able to move on had the companies simply paid for expenses and offered a sincere apology. Neither was forthcoming, and I am gratified that Mr. Schlueter represented me so competently and responsively. At least, the financial settlement offers some closure to a devastating episode.
In summary, I could not have hoped for better legal representation.

Richard Schlueter is an excellent lawyer. He went above want I feel other lawyers could have done for me.My case involved a product from china that should of been recalled years ago. Richard was the 1st lawyer to receive a settlement from a china based company, the 2nd to collect. What an accomplishment! I'm very proud of the work he did for me.
