Was arrested for dui given a ds 1205 form and want to no if i can still drive a 18 wheeler
Pete Young is correct. Technically you cannot drive a commercial vehicle on a 1205. Hire the best attorney you can find. A DUI Conviction is will cause your to lose your CDL for a year if it's your first offense and for life if it's a second LIFETIME offense.See question
I was just arrested for a DUI in GA..I spent all day in jail .. my license is suspended and my court date is not until July
For drivers license purposes, if this is a first DUI on the Georgia license, it is be considered a first DUI. For punishment purposes it will be considered a second offense. You need to hire a qualified DUI lawyer.See question

I have no idea who you spoke to but there are plenty of lawyers that would tell you to investigate your case for possible defenses before assuming guilt. Further, the potential suspension for a refusal is 12 months, however many times your lawyer will convince the arresting officer to withdraw the suspension without agreeing to plead guilty. Since you were .095 on the alsosensor, the arresting officer may be willing to even help convince the prosecutor (through your lawyer) to reduce the charge to a reckless driving. It's appalling to give up on a case before even looking at it. I would be happy to talk to you and so would several other lawyers who handle DUI cases in Gwinnett County. No lawyer can guarantee the outcome of a case. However, giving up on a case before even looking will guarantee that you will be found guilty.See question

He has a possession charge in 2008?
Unfortunately we have started to see the same outcome in our practice. Your son was declared an Habitual Violator for the 3 DUIs in 5 years. Normally he can get a restricted license after 2 years, as long as he would have installed an ignition interlock device on his car. However, the prior drug possession charge is now preventing him. Unfortunately he will have to wait out all 5 years before getting a license because of the drug charge.See question
I currently got arrested for felony temp to distribute. ( For marijuana less than a pound. ) I have no criminal record, can I use my first offenders ? What's the process ?
You may be able to use first offender but insofar as the charge you cannot assume straight probation for attempting to distribute drugs. You will need extremely effective counsel on your side. Hire a lawyer tomorrowSee question
was stopped while walking and was searched
Assuming these are first offenses you will qualify for first offender treatment and/or conditional discharge. That will save your driver's license and if successfully completed your criminal record. Contact a lawyer as soon as possible. You will serve a period of probation and have community service and drug counseling. You will also have a fine and will have to report to a probation officer. You will be randomly screened for drug usage.See question

The fine is the least of your problems and should not be a concern. If you plead guilty you will have a lifetime criminal record and your will lose your drivers license for 6 months. You need to contact an attorney immediately. There are ways to avoid a conviction and the consequences of it.See question
