I was traveling a on US 400 -- At 107 MPH when I saw the Sandy Springs officer using his radar to track me speed. I immediately pulled over in front of the officer and surrendered my license. I was caught DEAD TO RIGHTS. No way, no hope of getting out of this situation. Previous news stories covered celebrities speeding well over 100MPH, were severely punished --Jail time, loss of wages and were arrested. I "Googled" the best driving offense lawyer -- Evan Watson was the first on the list. For a small amount of money, Evan was able to come up with a strategic plan to defend me case. Facing overwhelming odds, Evan was able to -- not only WIN my case -- he was able to get to completely DISMISSED. Like it never happened. HIs paralegal staff remains unsurpassed by anyone in the business. Over a 2 year case, they never left me feeling like I was in this on my own.
I should have been a poet -- I cant express the gratitude and thankfulness for the things Evan and his staff did for me.

Back in 2010 I was arrested in Georgia. In 2016 I received letters from the courts stating I still had the same charges existing. Back in 2010 I hired an attorney but he did not file my paper work correctly. I tried to get in touch with the attorney I had in 2010 and I was informed he had passed away and nobody took over his cases. I live in Seattle Washington so I had to find an attorney in Georgia.I called Mr. Watson and explained my case. Mr. Watson and his staff were very understanding and worked with over the phone and through emails to get the situation resolved. I am very grateful to have found Mr. Watson and his staff were very understanding and helped me with getting all charges dropped. I am very grateful for Mr.Watson, he continued to stay in contact with me and was always honest about the possible outcome of the charges. I would refer him to anyone in your area, Mr. Watson and his team were Great!!!
Thank you for all your help.

As a former law school student having some familiarity with the law, I could not possibly recommend a better attorney. I have used Evan multiple times and each case resulting in a dismissal due to Evan's diligence, work-ethic, critical thought and professionalism. I have referred many clients to Evan with each of them having achieved similar results. HE IS THE BEST IN ATLANTA!

Evan.....what can I say about his performance in the courtroom. I think I can articulate it by stating he is a proficient professional. He is personable, which most lawyers lack, he is passionate and emphatically works for you, to resolve any issues you may face. I would recommend Evan A. Watson to anyone who wants positive results, even in an unjust judicial system.

Due to forsyth county cops being jack legs they didn't take the time to process the scene any further cause they thought they had a solid case. There for my attorney evan watson shattered there case. He was with me every step of the way he was 110% dedicated to my case. There for i was acquitted of all my charges. Thanks for your Superior work own my case Evan Watson.

I had a hearing in March. I was really lucky I found Mr. Evan Watson as my attorney. He helped my family win this case. He let me believe that there is justice in this world. He was professional, righteous, thinking clearly, and intelligent. And he did a fantastic job defending my rights and interests.
Encouraging the clients to safeguard their rights. Honestly telling his clients what and how they can do. He did a plenty of research for his client’s case before the hearing.
He was not only using his attorney knowledge, but also using his body language, voice and expression in his eyes to highly defend his client against critical defendant’s lie, irresponsible behavior, and selfishness.
3. Thinking clearly and intelligent.
Every question is a point at defendant’s mistake. He made the defendants unprepared, awe, stuck, and could say nothing in his query. When the defendants faced to his eyes and answered his clear and incisive questions, they didn’t have any way to hide their lies and mistakes.
Informing the client what would happen in court and how to arrange client’s family members. Let client’s family member (kid) do a better mental preparation before the hearing. The defendant listed the little kid as a witness. I am a parent. I didn’t want a little kid to experience on the court. He understood me and informed me about witness’ right. He did his best to protect kid!

Mr. Evan Watson is the best. My case took almost four years to go to trail. Weeks before my case Evan worked daily gathering facts, evidences, and communicated with me daily to give me updates. All the information he gathered he sent over to the District Attorney. During trail week, right before Evan and I was planning on picking out the jurors, the District attorney made an offer, a negotiated plea where I'm sentence to probation and pay restitution. At first that wasn't an option because DA wanted me to do serious jail time. Basically, I agreed to the negotiated plea which was a win for me because I never wanted to go to trail in the first place, for personal reasons. However, if I decided to proceed and my case would have went to trail, Evan was very confident that he had enough evidence and facts to prove that the accusation against me were indeed false. He is simply an awesome aftorney. If your facing criminal charges, I recommend you hire Evan Watson.

Just about a year and half ago I was pulled over with my wife and an injured passenger in my car and had the unfortunate experience of going through the DUI process in Forsyth County.
If you have never gone through this I can tell you it’s something you want to avoid at all costs, and Uber is a much better option, even if you are just slightly impaired. After being detained and taken to jail for processing my wife had a subsequent conversation that night with a person who had a good working knowledge and understanding of how the DUI process works. She told my wife – “If it was my family member I would reach out Evan Watson”, at Zeliff/Watson, Attorneys at Law in Cumming GA.
From the first meeting I had with Evan and his team I felt incredibly comfortable with his knowledge of the State and County laws as they pertain to the DUI process. He had already watched my dash cam video before our meeting and picked up on key points to my case that would be relevant in court at that particular time based on other upcoming rulings in a higher court. He intently listened to my story and what I believed where extenuating circumstance to my situation, regarding the injured person in my car. We discussed options and created a plan of action on how to handle my case as it related to my specific situation. Subsequent meetings either by phone or in person where always met with a true concern for what my family and I were going through, and I never felt like I was just a person being pushed through the system in an effort to close out a case and collect a check.
Evan and his team made a point to make sure I was 100% comfortable with our plan and stayed with me throughout the whole ordeal, and performed additional work on my behalf months after the verdict was handed down. What most people don’t understand is this is a very long, somewhat depressing and tedious process you have to go through to complete all of the requirements that the State and County may hand down. It’s not over the day you walk out of the court room; that is really just the beginning. Depending on your case there could be fines, community service, jail time and probation to deal with. Eight months removed from my case being settled, I have had several occasions to reach out to Evan for advice on matters related to my case during this process and he was always available.
When you are faced with this type of crisis in your life or your family’s life you want someone who can remove all the outside distractions and cut to the heart of the matter and provide you with sound advice based on your case. There were several times when my wife and I were scared and concerned about the outcome and what might happen to me based on all the outside information you hear from others. Evan has the ability to take the complicated laws and statutes of our State and break it down into very easy to understand steps from the beginning to its conclusion. The outcome of my case could have gone in several different directions, but Evan was able to make sure that my situation was clear to the judge and the District Attorney, providing me the best outcome I could expect.
In my opinion Evan’s firm is the greatest example of how an Attorney /client relationship should work and I could not give anyone a better recommendation than that. He was a total professional in the way he approached my case. He keeps it real and tells you the facts as he sees it based on his experience. He gives you sound advice on what could happen in court, and I feel very strongly that Evan truly listened to my concerns and issues as it related to my case and did everything he could to make a bad situation better for me and my family.
