On Thanksgiving last year I was pulled over in North Georgia coming home from dinner. I was given a Dui at a time that couldn't have been any worse.. I blew a .09 and was then taken to jail. I spent most of the night in lumpkin county's jail cell. This as I'm sure for the rest of you, put me in a terrible position with the sales position I recently attained. I searched and found nothing but great things on Evan. We gave him a call and was very nice and got straight to the point on how we would try to take care of this. Bottom line is needed to keep my license so I could continue to move forward.. Evan did just that. I had my DUI dropped down to a reckless op. Evan kept my license and got me out of jail time being served as well. If it wasn't for him then I would not have been able to take my new job in florida! I will forever and always recommend Evan Watson to ANYONE in need of legal advice or some serious help in a DUI case. Truly changed how I felt about lawyers and I feel with me that is a difficult task. Thanks again Evan for all your help in getting me out of this difficult part of my life.

When you life and character is on the line, and litterally hanging in the balance, and you have been accused of inentionally leaving the store with a bag of Kitty Litter, and Cofee Maker, both items totaling $47.62, that were at the bottom of the cart, which you thought the cashier had scanned, at a store where you were employed at and an exceptional employee for 1 year, (job terminated) then taken to jail and booked, You need an Attorney not only with experience, but one who is well respected within the Judicial System, (15 years of A+ Legal Experience) is Knowlegable and Professionally Personable and knows his way around the around the Courtroom, You Need Attorney Evan A. Watson and Staff! Michele, who is an Excellent Paralegal, who was always available when corresponding with any questions I need, in an expiedient professional manner. And, let me not fail to mention Candy, the Office Assistant who was my first contact, and was has the most "Genuine Inspirational Soul" even though she speaks to hundreds of people on any given day. "Bravo!" To You All for the Love and Care You extended to me in my "Trying Time Of Need" from beginning to the end of my case.

Evan Watson has been the most trustworthy, attentive, informative, and passionate lawyer. As soon as I contacted Evan, he met with me in person and explained what would occur with my DUI case while clearly explaining the best and worst case scenario. He quickly requested copies of the police report and took time to become knowledgeable about my case so that he could formulate the best defense – keeping me informed along the way. I felt very comfortable to ask him absolutely every question of worry I had, and he responded every time with honesty and reassurance. Evan’s positive reputation with the prosecutors worked in my favor, and he didn’t tire or lose momentum as my case took some time to go before the judge. With that being said, Evan’s professionalism, knowledge, and persistence resulted in an amazing outcome. He has skill and confidence along with consideration and belief in his clients; that's why Evan is an amazing lawyer who will go far with Law.

I was a GA resident at time in Oct 2012 and was arrested over three times the DUI limit as well as totaled my car and left the scene to find a "landing" spot. Evan was great with advice in moving the court from Roswell to Fulton County. I later moved to Michigan for family reasons a year later but checked with Evan prior and he stated it was not an issue. I finally had my court date only to find there were some issues on the prosecutors side so they requested another date. Although I flew in from MI Evan assured me that he had a master plan and convinced me to agree. This week, as Evan thought would happen, "the stars aligned" and I agreed to reckless driving. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Evan Watson!

Evan was great. I had never been in trouble in my life, so at 29, it was a hard fact to face that I had gotten a DUI. He walked me through every step and stayed on top of it from start to finish. I can't promise you the same outcome, however I can promise that you won't regret hiring him. He is professional and he is always there to answer questions or concerns you might have during the process. Many thanks to Evan. I can't imagine going through something like that without the help he provided.

Evan handled my DUI case with an incredible amount of expertise and confidence. The outcome of my situation needed to be a "not guilty" at trial - anything short of that and I was looking at a year suspension of my license, along with the rest of the requirements that accompany probation.
Throughout this single case, Evan accompanied me to more court appearances than either of us would have liked. Ultimately, we lost the ALS hearing, but Evan managed to get me an additional hearing on appeal, which is an incredible feat in and of itself. This also preserved my license for another six months (and if you're in a similar situation, then you'll come to learn that winning at an ALS hearing is incredibly difficult - primarily because they're not designed to help the defendant).
Having lost the ALS hearing, the license suspension went into effect and the outcome of my bench trial would determine my eventual fate: I needed a not guilty verdict. The court mismanaged multiple court dates, but Evan stuck with me and when the day finally came, he presented my case (deconstructing the prosecution's arguments in the process). After a brief trial, I was found not guilty by the judge. Partnering with Evan was the single-most important decision I made after getting charged with my DUI.
OK - what does this mean for you? You just got charged with a DUI. You're in a stressful situation. You're worried about the outcome, the fees, the process - it's a terrible situation. However, if you hire Evan, you will have someone accompanying you through that situation and helping you along the way.
Nobody chooses to get charged with a DUI, but you can choose who fights for you in court. Make the wise decision and choose Evan Watson.

Want to publicly endorse and promote my attorney Evan Watson for all criminal cases and DUIs specifically. He consistently returned my emails/calls/texts and qualmed my fears regarding my case, handled the prosecutor and courtroom with complete confidence, and esentially had the most nightmarish situation of my life dismissed all while maintaining his genuinely good personality. I'm so grateful for his diligence and got more than could have ever hoped for with the outcome of my case and in finding him to represent me - would highly recommend him to my loved ones and would retain him again should I ever have a problem. Get your money's worth, hire Evan Watson

I had a minor traffic ticket that Evan defended me on in Sandy Springs, GA and he explained that I could probably deal with this myself and avoid attorneys fees, but I was going to be out of town and so I arranged for him to represent me. He did what he said, when he said and was easy to work with.

Evan from the start let me know what I needed to do to look good to the prosecutor and the judge after my charge. Everything he had me do and everything he did got my charge dropped to a lesser charge without having to go through a trial. I felt like I had the best attorney in the court room during my first hearing compared to the other cases in front of me. He was always honest and up front about what was our best bet and didn't try to keep stalling to make more money off me like some horror stories I have heard.

Evan work on a BUI case for me. i was charged in 2014 and he had it resolved in January of 2016. Evan took it all the way to a jury trial, where i was found NOT Guilty. Great Attorney and a really cool guy. I would recommend him to anyone.
