Personal Injury

Injured in a car accident in fall of 2020 - no fault of my own. I was the driver, my wife the passenger. We researched online to find a personal injury attorney who could help us since we knew the auto insurance company was going to try hard not to take care of us. My wife spoke with Parker VanZant &... together we decided to employ him to represent us. His immediate recommendation for us was to seek the right medical attention & take care of ourselves first. Every 2 weeks his legal asst called to check on us. Though the Journey was lengthier than we hoped for, we can’t say enough good things about the VanSant Law Firm. A few times my wife picked up the phone & called Parker. Every time he answered the phone personally & showed no indication he had been bothered by her call. If you are injured in a No Fault Car Accident, call VanSant Law!

These guys took care of business. Kudos to Greg! The insurance company kept playing games but Van Sant made them pay! I appreciate all of the hard work that was put into my case.

Great Firm and Great results

I was rear ended at a stop light and ended up with relatively mild injuries but did have Doctor appointments and follow-ups as well as some physical therapy. I was offered a settlement by the driver's insurance company and luckily, I contacted Van Sant Law before accepting their offer. Greg with Van ...Sant Law was great. He negotiated my case with the driver's insurance company obtaining a settlement more than 5 times the original offer. Greg and everyone at Van Sant law were attentive, professional and walked me through every step in the process. Their fee is very reasonable for the work they did, and they did not nickel and dime me to pad their fee. Would highly recommend Van Sant law for your legal needs.
