First Collison experience

VSL handled my first rear end collision and helped with everything. Very effective when needing to deal with insurance companies and medical facilities and bills. Highly recommended them.

Great client-oriented service

Me and my son got into car accident. I have never had any accidents and didn't know how to deal with it. I called Van Sant Law and their representative came to my work place same day to get all the information. After that day I hadn't bother myself with the accident at all because they took care of... all the aspects and they took care of me, saved my time, nerves and got me a good check. I definitely recommend this firm.

Amazing client service

From start to finish, we have never had any doubts in choosing Van Sant Law. We never felt “out of touch”, ignored, or put in a position where we had to beg for information. Unlike other firms we have worked with for real estate or trust issues, Van Sant Law (and Parker, especially) we never felt... burdened with paperwork that we had to fumble through alone or depositions where we would be walking in unprepared for the situation: we knew what to expect and didn’t have to do much more than show up and let the facts speak for themselves. Through it all, we knew we were in good hands and did not have to stress about the process in the slightest. The most important factor, and one worth emphasizing here, is the degree to which Van Sant Law really did treat us like part of the family. We felt heard. We felt understood. And this was no less poignant when Mrs. Van Sant visited to check in. Or when Parker delayed a vacation to make sure he was available for a deposition that had been rescheduled (again) because of the other parties involved. It isn't just tenacity and due diligence that we saw in Van Sant Law, it was a commitment of time and energy that showed compassion. We already loved the family as people. Car accident

My lawyer exceeded my expectations. I was pregnant at the time of my accident and some days just wasn’t feeling my best however my lawyer stayed I. Contact with me throughout the entire process and fought to get more than was offered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and will definitely recommen...d them and I will use them again in the future if I need to.
