Eric did such a great job with my case! I was getting charged DUI, failure to maintain in lane, and speeding. My case didn't seem in my favor at all but after excellent knowledge he called me after a court hearing and told me that the prosecutor dropped it down to a reckless driving! I was in shock and was super happy about my outcome! Completely worth my time and money! Even though I did have pretty steap Chargers and it wasn't expensive I would rather pay what I have to, to not have a DUI on my record! If you want a great lawyer! Hire this guy!

The cops found me passed out at a gas station and gave me my second DUI. I contacted the George C. Creal Trial Attorneys and spoke with Eric Bernstein. During my initial conversation with Eric on the phone I realized I was in good hands despite the odds. I avoided jail time and had my charge reduced to reckless driving.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Bernstein. I was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, and two headlight charges. I immediately hired an attorney who was very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate of the effects the charges could have on my life. I released him of all legal duties and hired Mr. Bernstein. BEST decision ever! He was very professional, very friendly, very concerned, and communicated with me about everything regarding my case. All charges were dropped and I payed a small fine for my headlights. I will be making Mr. Bernstein my attorney for any future legal issues I have.

Eric was a tremendous help from start to finish. He had answers to all of my questions, was very well versed in the legal matters concerning my case, and was very professional throughout. I will be returning to him for all of my future legal needs.

Eric Bernstein represented me in my DUI case in Atlanta. This was a 2nd DUI and I was facing fines, jail time, and license suspension. Eric did a superb job. He was professional, compassionate, and clearly explained all options and possible outcomes. He was always available to answer any questions and advised me on what to do at each step of the process. Eric got my case dismissed and I got my life back.

After having an exponged case on my record, I got into another incident racking up 4 charges- dui, speeding, open container, failure to maintain lane. Waiting for my court date another incident occurred where I unfortunately ended up being tried for marijuana, paraphernalia, speeding and mdma- ERIC BERNSTEIN GOT ALL CHARGES DROPPED TO JUST LOITERING AND RECKLESS DRIVING! That's 9 charges- dropped down to just a traffic violation. He is seriously the best lawyer in Atlanta. Very happy with the results and that I can finally move on with my life.

Without going into major detail I will admit that I had a very very hard case with a DUI, somehow Mr. Bernstein was able to get my breathalyzer thrown out and I was able to go to trial. 18 months after the initial incident, I went to trial and we won!! NG for a dui. Best day ever lol .

First off, I want to state how great of a lawyer Eric Bernstein is. He's a great communicator and his availability is consistent. When he is busy in a non cellular area such as court, his firm's secretary is ready to take notes and inform Eric to call you back.
Now, since I was arrested via a roadblock on "Operation Rolling Thunder" I was pretty determined that I wouldn't be able to lower my DUI charge. That's why I went on several searches to find the best law firm that Specializes in DUI cases. After several calls and having conversations with different lawyers I found that I was the most comfortable with Eric.
Roadblock cases are significantly tougher to beat. Not only that, but Rome, GA takes DUI cases VERY seriously. The police usually know all the rules and laws they have to execute in order to make roadblock qualified. I was really worried on what's at stake, how screwed I am, etc. since this is my first time ever being arrested. Eric gave me the run down on exactly what will/can happen in the courtroom, which made me realize that there is hope.
On the night of my arrest, I was at a friend's birthday party. I brought a 12 pack of 12oz beers. I ended up drinking around 8 of them by a time period of 7 hours. I've always heard the rule, 1 beer per hour and you're still good to go. As a precaution, I quit drinking around 40 minutes before my other friend and I decided to go back home.
My friend drove me to my car about 20 minutes out from the birthday party. My home was only 10 minutes away, I felt perfectly fine to drive, I didn't even feel "buzzed." So I drove towards home and took the main road as always. Not even 5 minutes, I came across blue lights, traffic cones, and police cars. From that point, I just felt numb. I didn't know if I was going to get into trouble, or if they will just let me by. I didn't feel intoxicated at all, I know I was driving fine, but this is a roadblock.. I'm forced to talk to an officer with alcohol in my system. Anyways, as I pull up, I roll down my window and ask, "How are you doing, officer?" From there, his first question was, "How much have you had to drink." I immediately told the office that I had around 5 beers, I noticed that he knew I had drinking from just my breath. Anyways, he asked me to pull over, gave me a Breathalyzer test, which came up to .104 and requested that I take a Field Sobriety Test. I agreed and performed well except with the test that involves the flashlight. With my breath test being over the limit, I agreed to a blood test, then eventually was taken to jail.
Now, Floyd County was really slow in getting the blood test results back. It took months and months to finally get my results, when my results finally came in and after pushing the court dates back, which resulted in a .14 almost twice the legal limit, it was time for the official sentencing. Eric talked with the prosecutor of the state and was told that the police did not have any video evidence out of any of the police cars that were there (not only was the Floyd County Police present at the roadblock, the Georgia State Patrol was present too). Eric took that advantage and combined it with the tiny misinformation on the police report to get the prosecutor to lower my sentence to a reckless driving.
During all that time and waiting, anytime I had a question, Eric had the answer. He had me full of hope through the whole process and would've been hell without him. I'm really happy with the outcome and never once lost my driver's license. Trust me, If you do get a DUI, his reviews speak for themselves. Hire Eric Bernstein!

Eric was extremely helpful from the moment I called. I was involved in an accident and blew under the legal limit, but in GA, I was accused of a DIU Less Safe. I had gotten a DUI in 2012, so it was my second in 5 years. DUI Less Safe carries basically the same penalties as Per Se. Eric got it reduced to Reckless Driving, with no jail time, no loss of license and no DUI on my record. He was also able to reduce my community service from 240 hours to 200 hours. He also negotiated for me to be able to do my community service closer to home which wasn't an option in the beginning. Bottom line, if you want the best results, hire him.

Never having any prior legal troubles, Eric was truly the best thing which occurred in the worst of a situation. From our initial meeting, Eric made sure to make me feel at ease with his high level of confidence and professionalism. Eric instantaneously gave me an energy of true genuineness. He always gave me his complete and undivided attention. Not only that, but Eric answered all and every single question thrown at him. He made sure to answer each one thoroughly. The best thing about Eric Bernstein is his availability. Any time I called him, he was able to pick up. Communication was always prompt which I loved more than anything. Awesome guy and an excellent lawyer. I will definitely be coming back for his services if need be. He will also be the first attorney I recommend.
