I was hoping that hiring a lawyer would help to get my treatment on track. They did not seem any more successful than I had been in regard to being able to obtain authorization for treatment and prescriptions. However, when it came time to settle, Wesley was able to negotiate as I would never have be...en able to on my own. After I hired him I have talked with him on several occasions and was always able to talk with or email his absolutely wonderful paralegal Maria. Between her and him ALL my needs were always taken care of. I met Wesley on the day of Mediation. He explained how everything goes at Mediation and it does... take several hours. So pack your patience and a lunch (Lol) and let him do his job. He only has your best interest in which he is working for. It was extremely fascinating to watch how this is done.
