I hired Ms Fleming after an accusation of battery, as I am not from the US and know nothing of how the legal system works Ms. Fleming explained in detail the procedures and then represented me in court as I was unable to attend, I was given great advice and kept upto date with the court procedings, a...fter sereral months Ms. Fleming was able to have the case dismissed. I hired Lynne Fleming when my daughter was cited with a super speeder and a wreckless driving charge ( based solely upon speed) in Bloomingdale, GA. I wanted to find a local attorney with established relationships with area judges. She advised my daughter to attend driving school, which she did. She... also asked her to bring in a copy of her transcript to show the judge that she was a good student. As this was her first offense, Ms. Fleming was able to negotiate her wreckless driving charge down to too fast for conditions and get the super speeder dropped. $200 fine plus court cost! No points! We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend her! We would have ended up spending more in fines and insurance increases had she not represented us!
