Family Tax Issues

Jason Wiggam helped resolve a thorny tax issue with my elderly bedridden mother. My mother has been living in assisted living with a nurse for 9 years suffering from extreme Alzheimers'. She had no assets but was notified of a significant IRS penalty from several years ago. Jason resolved the issue p...rofessionally and quickly which provided peace of mind for our family situation.

Dealing with the IRS

Jason was masterful in the interactions and negotiations with the IRS. He understands their processes down to the day, knows when and how to push for certain things, and how to get a fair conclusion. In the end, after they said I owed them $38,000, when Jason was finished, I got a $5,000 refund (a $4...3,000 swing in my favor). Outstanding.
