Quick resolution - no stress

My mothers' greatest fear, before her Alzheimer's affliction overtook her, was that she would run out of money before running out of life. With the IRS targeting my elderly mother's few remaining assets, that fear of being forced to prioritize her tax debt over her care became real to me and my sibli...ngs. In my capacity as my mother’s power of attorney, I hired tax attorney Jason Wiggam. Jason's confident and assuring demeanor quickly put us at ease. Jason took the weight of the tax issue off of our shoulders, prevented the IRS from taking my mother's assets, and had her placed into uncollectible status.

I highly recommend Jason Wiggam

Jason and his staff are awesome! We had a recent transaction where liens had to be discharged in order for a home to sell. Jason and his staff were extremely knowledgeable on the process, knew all the steps to take, worked hard to make it happen and kept me informed every step of the way. Everythin...g worked out as he said it would!!! He took the stress out of a very stressful and complicated situation!

Very Helpful

Jason had helped a family member with a tax problem a couple of years ago. When the family member died, Jason was kind enough to give me advice about tax issues, because I was administrator of the estate. He was knowledgable, professional and willing to answer all my questions.

Resolved a very complex, long standing tax issue.

I was introduced to JASON Wiggam through another attorney and on my first appointment with Mr. Wiggam he was very thorough in his explanations and when I left, I understood exactly what I was up against and what my options were regarding the IRS. Subsequently, I hired Jason after recognizing that I ...was not knowledgeable enough to continue to handle the case myself. JASON and Morgan Marsh worked diligently and professionally to analyze my case and represented me in a meeting with the IRS.
