My 25 year old daughter (at the time), an aspiring singer/songwriter, had a situation where she was being financially "drained" by her business coach/manager for approximately 2 years. She came to me asking for my help. So, I contacted a large number (probably 10 if not more) law practices on her behalf with little to no results. Fortunately, one day I dialed the Hornsby Law Group, who reviewed the case with me over the phone, accepted it, and assigned Graham Scofield to represent us. He was a "God send". Graham was professional, direct, concise, knowledgeable, polite, patient, guiding, efficient, effective, etc. throughout the entire process. After a relatively short amount of time, my daughter ended up with a signed settlement and promissory note that she was thrilled about. It was simply a first class effort and result by a first class lawyer.

I had initially settled a case against my former employer with the EEOC on my own. However, the company continued to initiate harassing actions. I then hired Graham Scofield who represented me so that I would not have to directly correspond with my former employer any further. He informed me of my rights and advised me on how to proceed given my options. In the end, the employer backed off due to how effectively Mr. Scofield communicated his knowledge of the law and the next steps that would be taken if improper actions were pursued.
Mr. Scofield relieved a lot of the stress, anxiety and uncertainty that the situation caused by promptly and assertively handling all future communications between myself and the employer. I was very pleased to have Mr. Scofield as my attorney, and I would highly recommend him to others.

Had a situation at work that found me being unfairly targeted for wrongful termination. Mr. Scofield's actions on my behalf immediately halted the bullying and intimidation and what had been an extremely hostile work environment became somewhat pleasant as we came to terms. He got the employer to agree to as much as we could short of full litigation.
He is very thorough and I found his calm demeanor very helpful during a very stressful time
