Crystal was very easy to work with and extremely timely with her communication. I was usually contacted within an hour of Crystal having updated information. I never had to wait on hold to speak with her. In an instance where I was required to leave a voice message, I received a call back within a 4 ...business hour time frame. All emails and invoices were communicated clearly.
