I was referred to this office by my brother. Since they started to deal with my case, I noticed was the positive attitude. I felt comfortable and confident with them handling my case. Every time I called to ask questions anyone who answered the phone was very helpful. I am very pleased with everyone who was involved in my case!

I was referred to this office by my brother. I called and explained my situation and my first appointment with the lawyer was scheduled for the next day. The first thing I noticed was the positive attitude. (Considering I had previously spoken to other lawyers and was told I had no chance at becoming a permanent resident) I felt comfortable and confident with them handling my case. Every time I called to ask questions anyone who answered the phone was very helpful. I am very pleased with everyone who was involved in my case!

I received the most outstanding immigration services from H. Glenn Fogle Jr. law firm. Their professionalism and dedication to me and my petition was unparalleled. I’ll not hesitate to recommend Foggle law firm to friends and family needing any kind of immigration services. Thank you very much for your care.

My wife and I had a 12pm appointment with Mr. Fogle. We arrived 10 minutes early, filled out some paperwork and took a seat in the waiting area. At 12:30pm we reminded the receptionist that we had a 12pm appointment. She assured us that Mr. Fogel would be right with us. At 12:45pm I asked another employee if it was normal to be left in the waiting room for 45 minutes without any update from the staff. She assured me it wasn't normal and she subsequently sent someone else out to the waiting room to tell us Mr. Fogel would be right with us. At 1:10pm Mr. Fogel comes out to the lobby with a whole bunch of attitude. He says he's sorry for keeping us waiting but it is really obvious that he is being much more smug than sincere. Mr. Fogel is the type of person who conducts his business like he is doing you a favor. In addition, his staff are incredibly rude. We sat there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. They didn't even offer us a glass of water. If you want to deal with a rude and unprofessional law firm this is your guy. I told this guy to his face what I thought of him, I went into his office, demanded the refund for my consultation, and walked out with a check in my hand and my head held high. I will never let a smug person like Mr. Fogel treat my wife and I in this manner. Not in this lifetime. If I was late for our meeting, I would have called ahead and let them know. This guy is more than an hour late for our appointment and he couldn't walk 20 feet from his office to the lobby to apologize that he was running late??? There are a lot of immigration lawyers to choose from. Trust me when I tell you, you can do a lot better than H. Glenn Fogel Jr. (02/23/17)

I consulted Glen regarding advice after my B1/B2 visa was cancelled. I liked the fact that his office answered the phone and were able to book a consultation appointment professionally for a fee of $150.
At the consultation Glen advised me to apply for an ESTA and if this was denied I should apply for another B1/B2 visa and he will help with the process.
I think the advice to apply for an ESTA was not the right advice as once you have had a visa cancelled you are no longer eligible for an ESTA. This I later found out but should have been something Glen should have known beforehand in order to advice me better.
I tried to get his assistance after by asking him to review certain statements in my new B1/B2 visa application. He must have mis understood my communication as he responded 3 weeks later that he is unable to represent me personally at the Visa interview. However this was not my request. I had simply asked him to review my application which he had mentioned he will help with in my initial consultation.
My new B1/B2 visa application was denied and I updated Glen with the situation. He said that he could help with obtaining E1/E2 visa but I would have to retain his firm.
Again I thought the advice given here was not correct or helpful as the same test "intent to return to your home country" is applied in the E1/E2 visa application and the B1/B2 visa.
I replied to Glen that I will be happy to retain his services but need to identify the services needed and to get a cost estimate.
I do not think it is wise for me to apply for E1/E2 visa after B1/B2 visa has been denied. I do not think this is sound advice.
I think it is important for me to secure a B1/B2 visa first and I was hoping Glen would help in reviewing my application and statements at a fixed price/cost. But the only estimate he gave me was $450 per hour and I was not sure if the application review will be more or less than an hour. I never received a proper estimate from his firm in other to retain him.
I am still in need of an immigration lawyer to help in "guided visa application" services.
From my communication with Glen, he was unable to help me with this which is unfortunate as he came highly recommended.
1. There should be some online communication allowed post consultation. This should be outlined eg. 2 emails etc.
2. Clear estimates should be given before client is asked to retain firm.

I was so tired of my immigration process. It took 24 stressful months.
Due to our immigration officer my green card process was so painful till I meet with Fogle Law Firm.
Mr. Fogle was crystal about his solution. After seeing his confidence, I was so relaxed to get in to Stokes interview. While the interview, he showed all his 25 years and 1000's of interview experience. Worth every penny !
Most important, I felt like I am next to so close friend of mine.
I would definitely recommend him and Fogle Law team for any of your immigration matter.
