James Sullivan, 'Skip' is an excellent lawyer and I highly recommend him, especially if you relate to my story... I know it can be terrifying. I was pulled over for both speeding and DUI while I was out of town traveling in my parents car. My experience with Skip was terrific. I received a DUI in a very tough jurisdiction in Georgia. I interviewed three different local attorneys and was told by all of them that I didn't stand a chance on the charges even though there were some characteristics to the case that suggested I was innocent. ...I spoke with Skip and after his review of the evidence in the case, he suggested that we plead not guilty and pursue a jury trial.
