Hal is a wonderful attorney. He listened to everything my husband and I had to say. He looked out for our best interest in every aspect of the case. Hal made sure we knew every move that was being made. This was my first time dealing with an attorney, I'm thankful to my friend who highly recommended Hal. I hope you never get hurt at work but If you need a lawyer you will not go wrong by hiring him.

Mr. Whiteman is a very great lawyer, he was very stern on getting me the help i needed on a case i thought i had no chance. Mr.whiteman listened to the situation i was in and helped in every way he could, he got me the compensation i deserved and the treatment i needed to get better. With Mr. whiteman's help i didn't have to do much but sit back and get better he handled everything else he made it easier for me through out my case .

When I met with Harold for the first time, I knew I was getting a bulldog in my corner. W/C (as we all know) can and will try every avenue not to take care of a person. After going round and round with a particular W/C refusing me at every angle, Mr. Whiteman attacked my case with determination and no fear. Keeping me calm and informed during the whole experience, Harold made sure that I received all the care and benefits that I was entitled. I would certainely recommend him to anyone who is going against W/C.. Guy knows the laws inside and out and his presence shows it. Like I said before, I had a bulldog in my corner!!!!!

Mr. Whiteman apparently changed law firms without informing me. I was informed when I called looking for him and was informed he no longer worked for the firm. When I finally touched vase with him after workers comp missed a payment, he informed me he would contact them to give them permission to discuss the matter with me. This was after he insisted in have workers comp deal directly with him only. Long story short, I never got my missed payment and when I finally got him to answer he told me he would contact workers comp and give them permission to talk with me again. A week later I got a notice from him saying he had withdrawn as my attorney. He was a coward and never had the guts to discuss the matter with me. He is purely interested in making money for himself and not doing what's right for his clients.

I injured myself on the job and I was getting nowhere with the company I worked for. Mr. Whiteman took on my case and I was very pleased with results. My case wasn't just a "run of the mill" situation. Mr. Whiteman kept me informed, didn't sugar coat anything, and got results.

Not even listen to me because my case is small and he will not make money. He just simply hanged up the phone without me finished telling him my case.

I was very pleased with the work that Hal done for my Husband and I. He was very reliable and he kept in touch with us every step of the way. I hope we never have to use another attorney for Worker's Comp. but if we do I would retain Hal again. We would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable and responsive and most of all trustworthy.

I have been represented exceptionally well by Harold Whiteman Jr. in my workers comp. case since my wreck in Oct 2008. I am a former Deputy-Sheriff that was struck head-on by another vehicle while I was on-duty. My injuries were very severe and Mr. Whiteman has been a true hero to us during this nightmare, seeking to make sure that WC provides us with every benefit prescribed under the law. Mr. Whiteman is exceedingly patient and very understanding; he truly is a comfort to have in my corner during my lengthy recovery and protracted battle with Georgia’s confusing workers compensation system. I would recommend his services to anyone but especially first responders that become injured in the line of duty
