One of the things that makes Nancy such a great lawyer is that she's willing to think outside of the box. Instead of examining a matter and immediately going to what has been done in the past, she takes the time to look at the client's needs and tailor an innovative solution. This is particularly helpful when handling employment matters because every client has a unique workforce with its own personality. As general counsel for a small business, there are few others I trust as much as Nancy to handle my employment-related needs.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Nancy on preparing my Will, Advance Directive and POA. During our initial meeting she was very thorough in asking me questions to make sure she knew exactly how I wanted my Will to read. Questions and legal matters I would never have thought of but she did. All during the process she kept me updated on how things were going and even went so far as to deliver the documents to my home address for my review. A knowledgeable, personable and very professional attorney. If you want a great lawyer, Nancy's for you.

My husband and I recently retired and realized many aspects of our estate plan were in need of attention. Ms. Sprattlin not only provided us with a new will and power of attorney but insightful ideas on key decisions in our overall plan. She truly cares about meeting her client's needs and we felt very confident with our overall estate update.

I endorse this lawyer. She is ahead of the curve on all things employment-related. Nancy stays informed of the new trends in the law and is proactive about protecting her clients. I would gladly work with her again on any matter.

There's something to say about a person who has the drive, determination, and dedication to work a day job while attending law school at night. Nancy is that kind of person and that's what she did. She's the kind of lawyer that other lawyers turn to with questions.
