I was in an accident back in September 2015 and finally closed my case today april 2017. The process was long and I wanted to give up on the whole case, but I was convinced not to. The communication was not really there unless I called them. It was definitely rocky in the beginning, but patience is a... virtue. I stuck with it went to my treatments until I felt pain free. Yes it took a long time to settle, but I believe K&P did everything in their power to get me the money I deserved. Sometimes you have to wait and be patient and that's what I did. I only wish that they would have at least sent me an email or gave me a call every two weeks to let me know where my case was at even if there weren't any changes. People like to be informed and not be in limbo for too long. Over all when I did call usually someone was available to help me with any questions I had. I appreciate the work that was done and most of all my settlement. Thank you for everything!!
