I am an attorney who helps companies resolve contractual disputes. I specialize in partnership disputes, often referred to as "business divorces," where one or more business partners wish to seperate or buy the other partner out.
The rest of my practice involves complex business and fiduicuary litigation, where I litigate on behalf of individuals and businesses in complex financial disputes, including trust disputes, construction disputes, breach of contract claims, and various commercial tort actions including claims for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and tortious interference.
I am admitted to, and have litigated in, every level of state court in Georgia, as well as all federal district courts in Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
