About me

During my professonal career I have represented individuals and small businesses in litigation and bankruptcy.  I have litigated cases involving contracts, torts and consumer credit claims in state court and federal court.

I have litigated a substantial number of cases involving consumer claims under the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

If you have a potential bankruptcy case, my office conducts a professional evaluation to determine if you are eligible to file a bankruptcy case and if so which type of bankruptcy is best for you situation.

If a bankruptcy case is filed my office provides professional, personal representation through the bankruptcy process.  We make a determination if you have any claims against crediotrs which will reduce the amount owed or, even, provide a positive settlement for you.
