Mr Brant was hired on a criminal case in 2010. He never started a file for the case and never had a file in hand at court. At one point, while in his office, he wrote down information on a small previously used piece of paper. He was not proactive at all. He talks too much and does nothing. I hired a...nother attorney who filed motions the next day while Mr Brant did nothing for almost a week. He was also very expensive: 1,000 for a bond hearing. That is $500 a hour for poor work. Other attorneys gave a much lower rate.
