I am so grateful I found Mr. Schultz to represent me after my car accident. Jason was compassionate and showed empathy during a time I was scared and in pain after being hit by another vehicle. He worked hard on my case and helped me get a settlement to cover expenses incurred after the accident. I truly appreciate his help and trust his judgement. He worked hard on my case and I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend him.

I hired Jason Schultz's law firm following an accident where I was rear-ended. Although the damage to my vehicle was only moderate, I sustained shoulder and back injuries as a result. After initial contact with the at fault's insurance company it was obvious they were not willing to voluntarily pay for my medical bills even though their insured was cited as the responsible party. I then contacted Jason and he and his staffed helped me recoup not only my medical bills, that ended up being extensive, but lost wages and other compensation. Jason and his staff are very professional and I received very individualized attention. I would most definitely recommend Jason for any legal assistance.

Jason Schultz did a great job for me in my battle with several insurance companies after a severe car accident great altered my life. He kept me up to date during the entire 3 years and counseled me on all decisions throughout the process. He was well prepared and answer any questions that I may have had. He fought hard against the insurance companies to get me compensated for my injury and medical bills. I would recommend Jason to any person in need of a personal injury attorney. He is as professional as they can come.

I came to know Jason many, many years ago thru my aunt. When I was injuried in a car accident 5 years ago Jason was the first person I thought of to handle my case. He and his team did an excellent job. Thanks.

I was struck from behind by a golf cart going over 20 mph while walking on a pedestrian path...the resulting injuries to me were quite significant and required an ambulence and surgery after I got to the hospital.
I was struck by an adult who did not carry insurance, did not own property, and had no significant assets. Which simply means there would be no means to collect whatever the court might award.
Although Attorney Schultz learned the financial condition of this individual quite early, it did not stop him from continuing to conduct himself in the most professional and ethical of manners. I was always promptly advised every step of the process and he stayed on top of this matter like a dog on a bone! When we finally did get our day in court I had the opportunity to watch other attorneys ply their trade prior to my case being heard. There was not one of them who could touch Attorney Schultz in his thoroughness of preparation, attention to detail on all issues, organization of information in an effective manner so that there was no chance of any confusion or misunderstanding.
I was indeed fortunate to have found his name, and then reading reviews about him I gave him a call...now it is I writing the review and hoping this helps someone in need of an attorney choose a man who is sharp, professional...yet took my case knowing as I did that there was no way any monies would be able to be collected...and compassionate. He is a good man, an excellent attorney~

In March of 2015, I was hit head-on by a man who was high on meth. At the time, I was working as a nurse tech at a local hospital and just 2 short months away from graduating college (at the age of 35) as an RN. I was, and am, married with 3 children, now ages 17, 14, and 11. Because of the speed at which the man was traveling when he hit me, I was pinned in my car by my dashboard. I suffered a partial amputation of my right leg which required several surgeries to repair and left pelvic fractures which caused nerve damage which led to foot drop (a gait abnormality). I spent 2 months inpatient and a total of 3 months bedbound. I lost my job and was unable to finish the nursing program.
My husband heard of Jason Schultz by someone in the ER or ICU, I’m not sure which. Jason came from Atlanta to Chattanooga to meet with my husband as I was sedated in the ICU, having undergone 6 surgeries within the first week and a total of 12 procedures overall. My husband hired Jason, and we began the process of trying to recover any and all monies available to us as a result of the wreck.
I would love to say that I’m recommending Jason because he was able to recover the $2,000,000 my case was estimated to be worth or even the $500,000 my health insurance paid for my care, but, unfortunately, this proved impossible. I am recommending Jason because, although he correctly predicted the disappointing outcome of this case early on, he respectfully honored our requests to investigate further and allowed us the time necessary to come to terms with the fact that we could never be completely restored financially because of the character of the man who had hit me. In a day and age in which we are all little more than account numbers in most of our business dealings, Jason never treated us as such and, in fact, returned every phone call and voicemail personally. As devastating as this wreck was, we are hopeful for our future because of the resolution Jason worked so hard for in our case.

After incurring an injury while at work that required two knee surgeries, I performed a very thorough search for an attorney before I selected Jason R. Schultz. I based my decision on online reviews and finally speaking with him directly. It was the smartest choice I could make and it would be for you too. Jason and his office are on top of their game with the latest case law, 100% vested in your best interest and somehow manage to make your relationship feel personal. I trusted his abilities and his judgment when it came to my case and it paid off. He was able to secure a settlement almost double my expectation. I was always in the loop as to what was going on with my case and the timeline of events to expect. Make sure you follow his directions completely because it strengthens your case. Do your homework before you select an attorney, but don’t make the mistake of not at least speaking to Jason.

My case was dragging along very slowly when my initial attorney decided it was time he moved on, but I do thank his firm for finding and introducing me to Jason Schultz.
Deep down after 5 years of paperwork back and forth with the federal government you can loose interest but from the day I met with Jason his demeanor renewed my spirit and I honestly felt my case had hope again.
Jason may be far away for someone located in the northern counties of Metro Atlanta but it is worth the ride. I only had to do one visit with all my documents hence forth all other communications were through email and phone. He has a very pleasant paralegal - Michelle, who will contact you if he is unavailable at that moment.
He is very detailed and instrumental in preparing you for trial, which for my case never was necessary. He has great negotiating skills and that is a plus when it comes to getting a settlement instead of going to trial. He allows you to make the final decision with all the clear facts presented for you to understand. He is very good when it comes to timeline and when to expect replies from the other party.
Finally his mannerism shows his sincerity in providing client's with his honest expert opinion.
