In September, 2011 I ran a stop sign when a vehicle was running up on me from behind in an unsafe area. An illegal search of my vehicle found I had a pill bag with over the counter pills and 4 prescription pills. I had documentation for this medication, which was not looked at, I was charged with... 'Drugs Not in the Original Container' and DUI.063, driving less safe. I spent 16 hours in jail because the former charge was a Felony Charge. Last year our world was turned upside down. Our son, who had never been in any trouble, was involved in a car accident that killed one man, injured one lady and injured a Georgia state trooper.
