I HIRED MRS. THOMPSON TO REPRESENT ME IN A LEGITIMIZATION/VISITATION/CHILD SUPPORT CASE. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME THOROUGHLY, FILED MY PAPER WORK TIMELY, AND WAS IN TOUCH WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. MY SONS MOTHER AND I WERE ABLE TO AGREE AND WERE ABLE TO GO TO MRS. THOMPSONS OFFICE SIGN OUR... PAPERS. NO NEED FOR COURT. I NOW HAVE MY SON OFTEN AND HAVE A DEFINED ROLE IN HIS LIFE. THE WHOLE PROCEES WAS QUICK AND EASY. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND CARING. I hired this attorney to handle my divorce case. In the beginning Laura was ok and she acted as if she was going to handle everything and I had no worries. Going through a divorce is hard enough but having a bad attorney is even WORSE. I was always given the run around by her staff ( which had poor a...ttitudes). Also Mrs. Thompson had gotten pregnant during the time she had my case and everything REALLY went down hill from there. I also asked did she have a partner that could pursue my case while she was away. I never received any help.When sending over my personal information such as address, money for alimony, child support, etc... She sent me another clients paper work. I received all of that clients information and I prayed that the other client did not receive mine. I'm so thankful that didn't use my info against me and I'm a good honest person so I deleted there info and notified her IMMEDIATELY of the mistake. It was a horrific experience and I wouldn't recommend her nor her firm to any one.
