She was steady when I wasn’t

Lizz Kuhn is an outstanding family law attorney. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in my case from start to finish. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and she consistently took the time to explain options and next steps in a way that made sense. Lizz handled a very difficult divorc...e involving ongoing conflict with professionalism and calm authority. She was responsive to questions, proactive in planning, and steady when emotions ran high. Having her as my attorney made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Lizz Kuhn to anyone navigating divorce or custody issues who wants an attorney that truly listens and advocates effectively.

Amazing Lawyer and Firm

I retained Lizz Kuhn for assistance in a family law matter after being referred to them from a friend. Lizz and her entire staff were nothing short of amazing - providing guidance, counsel, and support throughout my case. Lizz is a direct, no-nonsense professional who takes immense pride in her w...ork and in helping people. Lizz always provided clear, crisp, and objective guidance and was a grounding force in what can at times feel like an emotional whirlwind. She and her staff were not only responsive to me, but to opposing counsel as well. Throughout my case they kept all files/artifacts/communications organized and were instrumental in proactively preparing for all case milestones. She is someone who will not hesitate to fight for you - and - she will firmly guide you through the legal process. Lastly, I admire how Lizz and her partner Alex run their firm. Great family law representation

Lizz and her team worked with us to file a temporary protective order, dependency action and legitimation and custody. She and her team were well prepared for each phase of the case and stayed in constant communication with not only us, but also my daughter's ad litem and the opposing party as well. ... She and her team made sure we understood each phase and potential outcomes. She and her team had a thoughtful action plan for each potential outcome. They were very well prepared in and out of court. She was kind an empathetic with my kid, gracious with us, and aggressive and firm with the opposition. Honest intelligent and capable. Lizz and Hait &Kuhn North metro Litigators are OUR attorneys. Slept Soundly Because They Had My Back

Bottom Line Up Front: Liz & H&K / North Metro exceeded all my expectations and kept costs in check during my uncontested divorce. I'd trust my friends and family with Lizz. How I Found Them: I was referred to Lizz by a friend of mine, who had a much nastier and more complicated divorce battle tha...n me. I figured if she could handle my friend's case, then she could handle mine. The friend and I both were looking for someone who could keep costs reasonable, offer sound legal guidance while guiding us through the process, and deliver results on-time. And they delivered - as promised I was truly impressed with how responsive and genuine Lizz and everyone at the firm was throughout all communication and handling of my case. I was lucky that my case remained uncontested, but there were moments when I thought it might get ugly, and they prepared me accordingly. If it went that way, it helped to know that they'd be ready to respond quickly and have my back.

Lizz is awesome!

Lizz and her team worked tirelessly to ensure my legal rights were protected during my divorce and resulting child custody battle. One year later my life is better because the attorneys worked diligently to defend me against the other side making baseless accusations. The rest of the team including K...im and Ali helped to make sure all I understood all of the details along the way. My situation was very complex including false allegations and a difficult judge; it was a very emotional process for me because I had been a work at home mom and my ex was being unreasonable about parenting time and finances. Neither Lizz nor anyone on her team would let that happen and fought hard for my children every step of the way. In the end, without any evidence I still kept joint custody of my kids despite all of the abuse and false allegations from the opposing party. Anyone facing a difficult situation like I was in should call Hait & Khun immediately.
