Top Notch Litigator

I found this firm based on the recommendation and experience of a friend of mine, who was also going through a divorce and custody proceeding. I switched from another attorney to this firm because while supporting my friend during some of her trial dates, I had personally witnessed how this attorney ...was truly the best litigator in the courtroom that I had seen. I experienced this with my case, as well. This firm was incredible with communication, wonderful with details and organization, and Attorney Lizz Kuhn fought so hard for truth and justice in my case. She was ethical, professional , and also so kind and down to earth. She genuinely loves what she does, and that shows in her work. I would recommend her and this firm to anyone!

NML Powerful Attorneys

I can't say enough about North Metro Litigators. Laura Kuhn walked in asked me what I wanted and got it for me. Laura is tough and won't back down. The firm is large enough to compete with any firm out there yet small enough to care about their clients. Kim is one of the best paralegals by far. She k...nows her stuff and is quite a powerhouse. Kim let me know how to keep my cost down and NML one of the few firms that offer a payment plan. Dominic was honest and forthright. NML was by far the answer to my prayers and I want to thank you all for the hard work and your diligence.

Liz was extraordinary

Ever since i met liz, you could tell she cared and was invested in my case. My personal experience with lawyers is you need trust and i trusted her with everything. She was a pleasure to work with. Everything on her part was done in a timely matter. At court it was obvious she was more than ready. My... outcome was better than i could hoped for. Thank you North Metro Litigators for everything. Results

Lizz represented my in a alimony modification.. I had began my case with another firm and they just were not able to get anywhere with it .. Once I hired Lizz and her team for the first time ever I really felt liked they listened to me and made me feel they could help .. This case was tough and took ...quite some time but they had my back every step of the way . I really can't say enough to compliment them on all their hard work .. Also over the course of the litigation several personal friends had told me they also used Lizz for their legal needs and were very happy with their representation.

Thank you so much! We know litigation is taxing emotionally, and financially. We do not always get the slam dunk win like we did with your case, but by golly we will try for all of our clients. Amazing how small we learned this world is. My favorite story is when you and your buddy were arguing who hired the best attorney only to agree it was our firm and we represented both of you separately!

Liz DOMINATES the courtroom!

I went Hait & Kuhn in May of 2013 to review an uncontested divorce. My consultation was with Liz Kuhn. She did an excellent job reviewing the uncontested. She explained some things and I determined I was getting a pretty raw deal. So I had my (now) ex-wife served with a contested divorce. It was a lo...ng and tough road but Hait & Kuhn was really there for me. We all worked very hard. I mediated joint custody but when my ex tried to move our daughters hundred of miles away, I was given my options and we ended up modifying custody. I, as a man, ended up the custodial parent of my daughters! She is an impressive litigator, who definitely has a passion for law. In trial she was quick on her feet and had a rhythm to her questioning I found quite effective. The entire firm has been responsive to my inquiries, via telephone and email. I would definitely refer friends and family and return to their firm for any legal services.
