Not the Attorney I wanted - But DEFINITELY the attorney I needed

Elizabeth Kuhn represented me in my divorce and child custody case. Nearly four years ago, my ex dropped a bombshell and left me. I was in a difficult place -- scared, unsure, emotionally fragile, just trying to make the best of things. My (now ex) husband indicated that he wanted to have an amica...ble divorce so I went on the search for a "nice" attorney who would make everything easy for both of us. And be nice, of course. I googled attorneys and chose one whose office was near my home. The choice was entirely by chance, but what a great choice it ended up being. Elizabeth is, indeed, very nice. She makes you feel comfortable right away. Her office and staff are warm and inviting. There's even a separate play area for small children with toys and a TV to entertain them. Elizabeth was immediately able to see through the charade my ex was pulling. As she worked on the divorce decree, she made sure that my kids and I were well taken care of and that my husband was no longer able to call all the shots. It was refreshing to work with her and know that she had seen all this before and knew just what to do. Three years later, I was back. My ex had decided to stop paying the full amount of support. Elizabeth was able to work her special kind of magic again. She has a gift in knowing how to deal with difficult exes and opposing counsel. She can be witty and she can be pushy. She says and does what needs to be done, and she makes it all work out in the end. I have already recommended this attorney to friends in the hopes that they, too, can benefit from good representation in difficult times.

Elizabeth and her team are amazing

Elizabeth has been great to work with . I had a lot of things that needed relief on . Liz and her team worked very hard for me and always communicate well . Also they were very honest about cost from the begging . I went to several lawyers and paid a lot of dollars with no results . Elizabeth was abl...e to do what other firms could not .

Even though the opposing councel was working hard to take away everything from me(after being married for 23 years and three children later), Lizz and Alex worked diligently on my behalf! I was awarded primary physical custody of my son, half pension, and child supportI I want to thank the entire law... firm at Hait & Kuhn for their outstanding service. They made an extremely difficult time in my life much more bearable. Liz and Alex handled my divorce case with such professionalism and grace at all times, however they know just at the right times when to "PLAY HARD" and believe me they can out-smart the best of them! Their stamina and work ethic, in addition to their knowledge, research, and skills is the best out there...They never stopped working on my behalf and always advocated for me. When things looked scary they assured me that everything would turn out ok! Liz and Alex are the best at their craft. Hait & Kuhn best firm ever

Hait & Kuhn...best firm ever! They answered my emails at 10 pm on a Friday. Such great service and the most professional team ever. I interviewed 3 attorneys before them, and they actually gave me hope. They delivered. I'll never use another attorney. They fight. They care. Lizz Kuhn is truly amazing... and her associates Ali and Irena are completely wonderful.

Attornery Liz Kuhn is knowledgeable , professional and understands the importantance of family.

We hired the Hait, Eichelzer & Kuhn firm November of 2011 to pursue Grandparent Visitation Rights. Our son passed away at the age of 33 and little more than a year later our daughter-in-law denied us visitation to our granddaughter. Liz and her team worked with my wife and I to try and gain visitat...ion with our granddaughter. My daughter-in-law has since moved out of state which has complicated our pursuit. Liz and her team assisted us in reaching an amicable agreement that has given us some of the rights we were pursuing. My wife and I would recommend Liz and the firm to anybody needing legal assistance with Grandparent visitation.
