So Good At Her Job I Retained Her TWICE

Lizz and her team at North Metro Litigators did a fantastic job on my divorce. I called her up as she had handled a case for me in the past and did such a great job that I didn't want anyone else to handle my divorce. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and organized. She made me feel comfortable abo...ut the process of divorce. I would recommend her to anyone needing some guidance through a stressful legal process. Lizz handles it all like a pro! Thanks Lizz!

IN LOVE WITH THEIR SERVICE

I retained Elizabeth Kuhn as my attorney and her team helped me win my case with no sweat off our backs. She is expensive however I advise you save every penny to get her because she will do it right THE FIRST TIME! I had a cheaper attorney handle my case initially and messed it up to the point it en...ded up costing me severely in the end. If you go with Lizz, she'll do it right the first time so the investment is worth it. So here is what happened: I had a contempt action brought against me by my ex who is a superior manipulator. Also, I was up against a judge who dislikes me to the core due to his master skill. I was screwed. I went to a cobb county workshop to see if I could potentially represent myself and quickly found out that I shouldn't. They had a list of lawyer referrals and Lizz was on there. I met Lizz and outright she took charge in the consultation. You could tell just from speaking to her that she plays NO GAMES. I chose Lizz over everyone else because of her intimidating persona on top of her vast knowledge of the law. You do not want a passive lawyer who is going to go to court all scared especially if this is a highly contested situation. (I know from experience). She was quick, efficient, everything that she did and we were billed for was used and not wasted, she knew exactly what to do, when to do it, how to do it. In court, her confidence made me feel confident that we got this. The other attorney seemed pretty embarrassed with his client after Lizz got done. She had only about a week and a half to prepare but yet I. Won. My. Case. She saved my only baby from being ripped from me. (That is what my ex was asking for) and she saved me from potentially going to jail from a technicality in the court order. You need her on your case. I promise you. Spend the money, and save your family! Money comes and goes but your babies are all you have!

Best Legal Team to Have on Your Side

Lizz and Alex and their entire team worked diligently and tirelessly to take my divorce case over from another attorney. Their team concept helps tremendously when you may need a question answered or to provide information when Lizz or Alex is on another case. Lizz is a great leader and seems to no...t only be well respected and liked by her peers, but even the court house staff in my county. She fought hard for me when my now ex-husband insisted on pushing forward all the way to a trial knowing I was disabled and could no longer work and have no family who is even remotely in a position to assist my health needs financially or otherwise as they are all 20-30 years older than me, retired, and hence on a fixed income. We couldn't believe their position knowing the truth of the matter after my suffering with my health issues for now 18 years to only have deteriorated as I aged and then could no longer work! The opposing team insisted on bringing my doctors and other experts in to testify only to spend most of our hard earned savings when my now ex-husband knew exactly what the doctors and other healthcare professionals would say when a settlement was an easy option, yet they kept refusing to sit down to work out a compromise or stipulate to Medical Narratives and Affidavits. Lizz and her team, especially their paralegal who worked so hard on my case, Hailey Ray, did everything possible to get me financial help and set me up in my elder years. I am typically not one to offer praise or referrals unless the firm, company or product made such a positive impact. I am extremely proud to say I would refer anyone to Hait & Kuhn as they truly will work hard on your case (even while sick or on vacation) to get you the very best result possible. The divorce has just been finalized, but Hait & Kuhn and team are still working feverishly and affordably to assist me as I cannot do much for myself any more. They are referring me to other great people and organizations to assist in setting up my future. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better defense team. Lizz and Alex will be the first phone call should I have issues with my ex-husband in the future. I would trust no one else to represent me. It truly has been a pleasure working with the entire team! Divorce and family law

After meeting Elizabeth Kuhn on my fifth attorney consultation, I left feeling encouraged and ultimately retained North Metro Litigators for my divorce proceedings. From that point forward, they continually spoke in terms of “us” and “we” in our conversations making me feel that I was not working th...rough this on my own, but that I had a team, and that I was more a friend than just a client. I was impressed that Elizabeth remembered not only the details of my case, but the details of my personal life and continued to express interest and care for my daughters throughout the process. Through the temporary hearings, depositions and mediation, regardless of whether I was working with Elizabeth, Alex or Irene, I was at no time in doubt of their full control of the situation. Lizz made a very difficult situation bearable!!!

Hait & Kuhn handled my contested divorce case...and after more than 3 years (at no fault of Hait & Kuhn) my divorce became final. It was a very difficult and complicated divorce and I am very blessed that Lizz was there with me throughout the entire process! I can't say enough about Lizz's professio...nalism and overwhelming knowledge of the legal system. After appearing in court with her several times, it became very evident that she is greatly respected among her peers as well as in the courtroom. There would be periods of time (months) that would pass during the case that I did not need to communicate with Lizz, but even after months of no communication the next time that I would speak with Lizz she made it feel like it had only been days since we had spoken, as if MY case was the only one that she was working on :) Her memory and re-call is AMAZING- never having to repeat my "story" or conversations that we had discussed months (or years) earlier saved me a lot of money, time and frustration. There were times that she was reminding me of things I had forgotten in my own case/life!!! It was clear early-on in working with Lizz that she was not the "typical" lawyer, as she was concerned with minimizing MY expenses. For instance, she reminded me several times to email her vs. calling her if at all possible because it was less expensive for me. And when I did email her, she always was so responsive in answering no matter what time of day it was. This is just one example of many where she informed me of ways I could save money in working with her. Divorce is such a stressful and emotional time (especially when it lingers over 3 years) that I'm not sure that I would have much sanity now if I had not known that I could depend on Lizz and that she had my best interest at heart (not just making money). Lizz was the voice of reason and calm in an unreasonable and chaotic situation. She and the whole staff at Hait & Kuhn became to feel like friends and family to me. If I ever need legal help/advise again, there is no other firm that would ever consider! Thank you Lizz for EVERYTHING!!!
