Best Legal Team to Have on Your Side

Lizz and Alex and their entire team worked diligently and tirelessly to take my divorce case over from another attorney. Their team concept helps tremendously when you may need a question answered or to provide information when Lizz or Alex is on another case. Lizz is a great leader and seems to no...t only be well respected and liked by her peers, but even the court house staff in my county. She fought hard for me when my now ex-husband insisted on pushing forward all the way to a trial knowing I was disabled and could no longer work and have no family who is even remotely in a position to assist my health needs financially or otherwise as they are all 20-30 years older than me, retired, and hence on a fixed income. We couldn't believe their position knowing the truth of the matter after my suffering with my health issues for now 18 years to only have deteriorated as I aged and then could no longer work! The opposing team insisted on bringing my doctors and other experts in to testify only to spend most of our hard earned savings when my now ex-husband knew exactly what the doctors and other healthcare professionals would say when a settlement was an easy option, yet they kept refusing to sit down to work out a compromise or stipulate to Medical Narratives and Affidavits. Lizz and her team, especially their paralegal who worked so hard on my case, Hailey Ray, did everything possible to get me financial help and set me up in my elder years. I am typically not one to offer praise or referrals unless the firm, company or product made such a positive impact. I am extremely proud to say I would refer anyone to Hait & Kuhn as they truly will work hard on your case (even while sick or on vacation) to get you the very best result possible. The divorce has just been finalized, but Hait & Kuhn and team are still working feverishly and affordably to assist me as I cannot do much for myself any more. They are referring me to other great people and organizations to assist in setting up my future. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better defense team. Lizz and Alex will be the first phone call should I have issues with my ex-husband in the future. I would trust no one else to represent me. It truly has been a pleasure working with the entire team! Divorce and family law

After meeting Elizabeth Kuhn on my fifth attorney consultation, I left feeling encouraged and ultimately retained North Metro Litigators for my divorce proceedings. From that point forward, they continually spoke in terms of “us” and “we” in our conversations making me feel that I was not working th...rough this on my own, but that I had a team, and that I was more a friend than just a client. I was impressed that Elizabeth remembered not only the details of my case, but the details of my personal life and continued to express interest and care for my daughters throughout the process. Accident/Injury

YES, you need to hire Hait & Kuhn right now! I was injured in a car accident and as a highly educated individual, I thought I would be able to handle taking on the insurance company and get the treatment I needed to recover on my own, after all I wasn’t at fault. Results

Lizz represented my in a alimony modification.. I had began my case with another firm and they just were not able to get anywhere with it .. Once I hired Lizz and her team for the first time ever I really felt liked they listened to me and made me feel they could help .. This case was tough and took ...quite some time but they had my back every step of the way . I really can't say enough to compliment them on all their hard work .. Also over the course of the litigation several personal friends had told me they also used Lizz for their legal needs and were very happy with their representation.

It is a pleasure to write this review for Lizz, Irena and the whole team at North Metro Litigators. I unfortunately found myself facing a divorce, and interviewed several different attorneys to help me navigate what turned out to be one of the hardest life events to date that i have ever been th...rough. I could not imagine, looking back, having anyone else represent me through this process as we worked through a lot of crazy-Lizz and her team handled my case with confidence and know how due to the very apparent experience and expertise they possess. The firms communication of fees, timeline, expectations, and guidance were provided with great clarity. Every team member at the firm was available to answer any and all my questions, and answered them in an extremely timely manner with great detail so i could make decisions. I felt good through it all that i hired the right firm. I even found myself telling them often, "I'm so glad i hired a competent firm" because it didn't seem all attorneys are created equal as we started dealing with the opposing counsel.
