Look no further...Lizz Kuhn is the attorney you want on your case.

It is a pleasure to write this review for Lizz, Irena and the whole team at North Metro Litigators. I unfortunately found myself facing a divorce, and interviewed several different attorneys to help me navigate what turned out to be one of the hardest life events to date that i have ever been th...rough. I could not imagine, looking back, having anyone else represent me through this process as we worked through a lot of crazy-Lizz and her team handled my case with confidence and know how due to the very apparent experience and expertise they possess. The firms communication of fees, timeline, expectations, and guidance were provided with great clarity. Every team member at the firm was available to answer any and all my questions, and answered them in an extremely timely manner with great detail so i could make decisions. I felt good through it all that i hired the right firm. I even found myself telling them often, "I'm so glad i hired a competent firm" because it didn't seem all attorneys are created equal as we started dealing with the opposing counsel. If you are reading this and have found yourself in a similar situation please do yourself a favor and look no further. This firm will get you through it. My utmost concern was the best outcome for my children and not being stripped of my rights as a loving and involved father. I followed their professional guidance though it all and in the end I was fortunate to get EXACTLY THE RESULT I WAS SEEKING for myself and most importantly my children. I have never been a part time dad and I'm almost emotional to share that i have full access to my children and will be an influential and solid foundation in their lives. Number one Attorney in Georgia

They say " An attorney's true ability is measured in the evaluations of their peers" Liz as I know her meets and exceeds this statement. I have found since she has taken our case on has been "TOUGH as NAILS". The fight for custody of our children has been very difficult time in our life. Her and her ...firm has worked tirelessly to help me and my family come back together. She is a fantastic Attorney. Every moment of my case has been given the upmost attention and care. We have finally found our Guardian Law Angel. If you hire her and her firm you will see results. With out her I've lost my family forever.

Phenomenal Attorney with World Class Professionalism

I was introduced to Elizabeth Kuhn 2 years ago. She came highly recommended from other attorneys in her field. I was served with custody papers and at the time had no idea what this meant for me. Lizz directed me patiently step by step through what I could expect. I felt that her fees were reasonable... and her knowledge was vast. During this process Lizz and her paralegal team made sure that I was handling the process well. If I had any questions they were very prompt with returning my emails and phone calls. Lizz gives a very realistic point of view to a very emotional process. She thinks clearly and gives accurate and appropriate directions, which provided me a level of sanity to cope with this process. Thanks! We do take the team approach on all of our cases. This means we can help clients even when we are in court and in depositions. Having a full staff in both Alpharetta and Woodstock means you can actually meet with a person who knows what is going on even when Alex and I are unavailable. Liz DOMINATES the courtroom!

I went Hait & Kuhn in May of 2013 to review an uncontested divorce. My consultation was with Liz Kuhn. She did an excellent job reviewing the uncontested. She explained some things and I determined I was getting a pretty raw deal. So I had my (now) ex-wife served with a contested divorce. It was a lo...ng and tough road but Hait & Kuhn was really there for me. We all worked very hard. I mediated joint custody but when my ex tried to move our daughters hundred of miles away, I was given my options and we ended up modifying custody. I, as a man, ended up the custodial parent of my daughters! She is an impressive litigator, who definitely has a passion for law. In trial she was quick on her feet and had a rhythm to her questioning I found quite effective. The entire firm has been responsive to my inquiries, via telephone and email. I would definitely refer friends and family and return to their firm for any legal services.

Not the Attorney I wanted - But DEFINITELY the attorney I needed

Elizabeth Kuhn represented me in my divorce and child custody case. Nearly four years ago, my ex dropped a bombshell and left me. I was in a difficult place -- scared, unsure, emotionally fragile, just trying to make the best of things. My (now ex) husband indicated that he wanted to have an amica...ble divorce so I went on the search for a "nice" attorney who would make everything easy for both of us. And be nice, of course. I googled attorneys and chose one whose office was near my home. The choice was entirely by chance, but what a great choice it ended up being. Elizabeth is, indeed, very nice. She makes you feel comfortable right away. Her office and staff are warm and inviting. There's even a separate play area for small children with toys and a TV to entertain them. Elizabeth was immediately able to see through the charade my ex was pulling. As she worked on the divorce decree, she made sure that my kids and I were well taken care of and that my husband was no longer able to call all the shots. It was refreshing to work with her and know that she had seen all this before and knew just what to do. Three years later, I was back. My ex had decided to stop paying the full amount of support. Elizabeth was able to work her special kind of magic again. She has a gift in knowing how to deal with difficult exes and opposing counsel. She can be witty and she can be pushy. She says and does what needs to be done, and she makes it all work out in the end. I have already recommended this attorney to friends in the hopes that they, too, can benefit from good representation in difficult times.
